The challenge
The core challenge was bridging two worlds that don’t naturally fit together:
- luxury, physical craftsmanship and 1-of-1 production details
- NFC chip integration inside the watch
- a blockchain-based verification layer (NFT “digital twin”) that stays simple for end users
The experience had to feel like luxury first, with verification working reliably in the background.

Approach
We treated the watch as the primary product and the NFT as the verification layer:
- physical production remains the source of uniqueness
- NFC provides an immediate “tap-to-verify” entry point
- the NFT acts as the durable identity/ownership anchor
- UX is designed to avoid crypto complexity and keep verification intuitive
